- For ulcerative colitis: Tofacitinib 10 mg twice daily for at least 8 weeks, followed by 5 or 10 mg twice daily.

- Interaction with CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole) may require dose adjustment.
- Cautious use of medications causes CYP3A4 inhibition and CYP2C19 inhibition.
